Carla joined MRK Financial Solutions in 2009 with a strong background in client service, hospitality, and management. She attended University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Her job duties include overseeing the day-to-day operations of all departments and employees, directing the firm's human resources activities, analyzing budget and cash flow reports, reviewing and implementing financial data and technology to improve organization efficiencies, and orchestrating client appreciation and staff events.
Carla is passionate about people and seeing everyone around her succeed, and is a prominent force in building and maintaining our strong company culture. The high level of expectations she sets for herself and others, along with her drive to achieve positive results while showing true care to every individual is key to keeping the gears running smoothly.
Outside of work, Carla enjoys traveling, volunteering, cooking, attending sporting events, and being with family and friends. Carla resides in the northern suburbs of Minneapolis with her husband and son.
